Because each of our gift boxes is thoughtfully curated and often customized specifically for you, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom or made-to-order gift boxes once an order has been placed.

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Our team will promptly review the situation and work with you to make it right.
